Withdraw one acknowledgement of the doc, a trace entry or standalone. It takes effect at once, with no approval.

The entry leaves the doc’s sidecar through the write an approval uses: a local bundle’s sidecar changes on disk, and a db or GitHub bundle gets a new version (a GitHub bundle’s is a draft to publish). The waiver stream of the acknowledgement records who withdrew it. A withdrawal only makes the verdict stricter, so only a person who can edit the doc may do it.
